Agreement between User and JILI.US

The JILI.US Website is comprised of various pages owned by JILI.US.

The JILI.US Website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein ('Terms'). Your use of the JILI.US Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notice as may be from time to time defined herein.

Modification of these Terms of Use

JILI.US reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the JILI.US Website is offered, including but not limited to any charges that may from time to time be associated with the use of the JILI.US Website.

SC Currency Service Availability Notice

JILI.US hereby states that, due to applicable local laws and social sweepstakes regulations within certain US states, SC currency services are currently unavailable in the following jurisdictions:

Pennsylvania (PA), Michigan (MI), New Jersey (NJ), West Virginia (WV), Connecticut (CT), Washington (WA), Nevada (NV), Montana (MT), Idaho (ID), Delaware (DE), California (CA), New York (NY), Louisiana (LA), and Kentucky (KY).

Due to legal and regulatory restrictions in these states, JILI.US is unable to provide SC currency services to individuals residing in, or accessing the platform from, the above-listed jurisdictions. Users located in these states are not eligible to participate in or use any SC currency–related services on JILI.US.

JILI.US reserves the right, in accordance with applicable laws, to interpret, update, and adjust the scope of services, service regions, and related restrictions at its sole discretion.

Official Brand Authenticity Statement

This company hereby declares that JILI is an official brand legally owned by our company. All games, services, and platforms released under the name JILI are limited to those officially authorized and announced by our company.

We have become aware that there are unauthorized, counterfeit, or illegal products in the market that misuse the JILI name, game visuals, or content. Such activities have no association whatsoever with our company.

We hereby remind all users to access and play JILI products strictly through officially authorized channels, and to avoid any games of unknown origin or suspected piracy, so as to prevent potential financial loss or fraud risks.

Any actions, legal liabilities, or losses arising from counterfeit JILI-related activities are entirely unrelated to and not the responsibility of our company.

Our company reserves the right to pursue legal action, in accordance with applicable laws, against any infringement, counterfeiting, or illegal use of the JILI brand.

No unlawful or prohibited use

As a condition of your use of the JILI.US Website, you warrant to JILI.US that you will not use the JILI.US Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the JILI.US Website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the JILI.US Website or interfere with any other party's use of the JILI.US Website. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided through the JILI.US Websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website or to your downloading of any material posted on such Website, or on any website linked to the Website.

Additional prohibitions

You should not use the Website for any purpose which may be considered defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or offensive. You must not use any abusive or aggressive language or images; swear, threaten, harass or abuse any other person, including other users, or behave in such a manner towards any JILI.US staff. JILI.US has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, JILI.US reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. JILI.US reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Materials provided to JILI.US or posted at JILI.US website

JILI.US does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to JILI.US (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any JILI.US Website or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting JILI.US, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

Termination/Access Restriction

JILI.US reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the JILI.US Website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Intellectual Property

All website design, text, graphics, music, sound, photographs, video, the selection and arrangement thereof, software compilations, underlying source code, software and all other material contained within the Website are subject to copyright and other proprietary rights which are either owned by us or used under licence from third party rights owners. You acknowledge you are not be allowed to reproduce the Website or any part of it in any form whatsoever without our express consent. To the extent that any material contained on the Website may be downloaded or printed then such material may be downloaded to a single personal computer only and hard copy portions may be printed solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. Under no circumstances shall the use of the Website grant to any user any interest in any intellectual property rights (for example copyright, know-how or trademarks) owned by us or by any third party whatsoever. Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations hereunder that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, civil commotion, interruption in public communications networks or services, industrial dispute or DDOS-attacks and similar Internet attacks having an adverse effect ("Force Majeure"). Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Final Provisions

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and JILI.US as a result of this agreement or use of the JILI.US Website. JILI.US's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of JILI.US's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the JILI.US Website or information provided to or gathered by JILI.US with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and JILI.US with respect to the JILI.US Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and JILI.US with respect to the JILI.US Website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
